PEACE Cartoons - God’s Peace for this world of WORRY, STRESS, ANXIETY, FEAR, and DREAD.
THERE IS PEACE AND POWER IN GOD ALONE Christians find peace through a mix of faith, practices, and beliefs rooted in their understanding of God. It’s not just calm vibes—it’s a deep, internal steadiness they tie to their relationship with Him. Here’s how they get there:
Trust that God’s in control. Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but… present your requests to God. And the peace of God… will guard your hearts.” Prayer is key—handing over worries and believing He’s got it, even if the situation doesn’t fix itself. It’s less about outcomes and more about surrender.
Finally, there is PEACE found in the Holy Spirit. God’s presence lives in His believers, bringing “peace” as a fruit (Galatians 5:22). It’s not forced—it grows from staying connected through prayer, worship, or quiet reflection.
So are we always at PEACE? It is easy to look at my life while reflecting on God, but I know I still have doubts and fear when life punches me in the gut or even just whispers doubts in my ear. But the daily pursuit of God is the true pursuit of PEACE.
PEACE is not the absence of trouble but the presence of God in it.
Relying on the truth that Jesus is “the Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6). His life—especially the cross—promises reconciliation with God. Romans 5:1 says, “We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Sin is the chaos; forgiveness through Him settles it.
There is PEACE in reading, and knowing our Bible is like an anchor. John 16:33 “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” It’s not denial of trouble —trouble is real—but knowing God’s Word is a lens to see past it.
There is PEACE in Community Church isn’t just coffee and hymns; it’s support. Sharing burdens, praying together—Galatians 6:2 calls it “carrying each other’s burdens.” It’s peace through solidarity.
