PRAYER cartoons Christians pray for a variety of reasons, rooted in their faith and relationship with God. Prayer is a way to communicate with God, express gratitude, seek guidance, and ask for help or forgiveness. It is a personal and communal act that strengthens our connection to the divine.

Prayer cartoons of what the act of prayer looks like and the effectiveness of pleading with God when we are weak because He is strong. 2 Corinthians 12:10. I have found those times I no longer have the words, wisdom, or gifts of persuasion to resolve a problem, my God says… I know you cannot fix this alone, this is no surprise, BUT I CAN. I can pull all the strings and persuade with my Spirit the minds and hearts of others, and also note… I STILL DO MIRACLES.

Awkward Prayers... and other prayers that go... THUD!

The Lord’s Prayer— Is a specific prayer Jesus taught in Matthew 6:9-13 and Luke 11:2-4. It is seen as a perfect model for how to approach God.

Our Father in Heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on Earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

Why do they pray it? It’s a framework.
- “Our Father” establishes a personal, bond with God.
- “Hallowed be your name” is about reverence and putting God first.
- “Your kingdom come,” asks for God’s rule and presence to break into the world—think peace, justice, all that.
- “Daily bread” is a humble request for needs, not wants, showing dependence.
- The forgiveness part ties to confessing sins and letting go of grudges.
and finally, a plea for
- protection from temptation and evil.

Some Christians—like in Catholic or Orthodox traditions—recite it word-for-word in services, treating it as a sacred liturgy.

Protestants might use it as a guide and instead improv off it in personal prayers.

Either way, it’s less about the exact words and more about what it teaches: trust, humility, and aligning with God’s purposes.

PRAYER in School? Just try and stop it. As long as there are tests and students taking Drivers Education… THERE WILL BE PRAYER, and for me… where there is prayer, there are cartoons.
