Last Supper cartoons: The Last Supper shows the final meal Jesus shared with his disciples before his crucifixion, as described in the New Testament.

During this meal, Jesus shares the sacrament of Communion by sharing bread and wine, symbolizing his body and blood, and foretold his betrayal by Judas Iscariot.

God's plan for salvation is now moving quickly. There is the Last Supper, the prayers at Gethsemane, and the arrest of Jesus.

Gethsemane cartoons: After the Last Supper in the Upper Room, Jesus and his disciples went to the Garden of Gethsemane, located at the foot of the Mount of Olives in East Jerusalem. There, as described in the New Testament, Jesus prayed and experienced great anguish before his arrest.

Jesus prayed to God, “Not my will, but your will be done,” while his disciples slept. All this while Jesus knowing he was to be arrested soon, then mistreated, and crucified.

Next we have the Arrest of Jesus: When he had finished praying, he was met by Judas who betrayed Him with soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and the Pharisees carrying torches, lanterns and weapons.

Jesus asked them, “Who is it you want?” They replied “Jesus,”

Jesus replies “I am he,” And they fell backward to the ground.

Then things got crazier, Peter grabbed a knife and caught off the ear of a servant of the High priest.

Jesus calmed the situation, healed the ear, and then gave himself up to the soldiers peacefully as the disciples all fled in fear.

The story is continued with the retelling of the events on the day we know as GOOD FRIDAY where Jesus is tried during the night by the Jewish religious leaders, then on to Pilate.
