St Patrick's Day Cartoons found here in The Back Pew celebrates on March 17 to honor St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, who is credited with bringing Christianity to the country. The day has evolved into a cultural celebration of Irish heritage, featuring parades, wearing green, and various festivities. Of course, here in The Back Pew we focus more on the Christian aspect of the faith, and less on GREEN BEER.

I confess my St Patrick’s Day collection of cartoons is a bit lean today, but I do like the image of St. Patrick himself teaching the Christian concept of the Trinity with the SHAMROCK. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all are one in the image of a Shamrock.

May God bless the Irish and all those who are Irish for a day.

The other Back Pew St. Patrick’s Day cartoons focus on the green derby being essential attire even in time travel where we find…

Adam in the Garden wearing a derby with a shamrock calling to Eve “Kiss me I’m Irish!” though I believe it is clear his bloodline is Irish, so, nice try Adam.

Then we have King Solomon, the husband of 700 wives, donning a green derby and shamrock robe using the ‘Kiss me, I’m Irish.’ pickup line.

While there is no evidence of Adam or Solomon pretending to be Irish, well… that is the beauty of cartoons. Reality is not the ceiling for my chosen medium.

Finally, I have a cartoon wearing a Green Bay Packer football jersey as his attempt to dress up for St Patrick’s Day, and there is also Christian Advice by the Back Pew’s very own Christian counselor giving sound advice for proper St Patrick’s Day conduct.

So, I hope you enjoyed this page… as I wish you all a…

SAFE AND HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY
